We have a range of different exercise classes that take place throughout the week, from high impact aerobic exercise to toning and conditioning.

Group exercise is a great way to stay fit and enjoy yourself, so why not try something new?

  • Aerobics

    Our popular aerobics class allows you to enjoy a hearty cardiovascular workout to music whilst strengthening and toning your body. Great for all ages and fitness levels.  

    Tuesday @ 6.30pm - 7.30pm

  • Pilates

    Pilates is a low impact exercise class suitable for almost everyone. It’s an excellent way to lengthen and strengthen muscles, a great way to prevent and rehabilitate injury, corrects many postural problems, helps re gain abdominal and back strength and can alleviate stress.

  • Circuits

    Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training that aids fat loss, builds muscles and increases heart-lung fitness. It is an easy to follow class which allows you  to work at your own pace under the supervision of a fully-qualified instructor.

  • Hip Hop Dance

    Dance Extreme Class Fun hip hop for Juniors. Thursday@ 5pm - 6pm

    Advance class for Juniors (Must start off in the fun class before) Thursday@ 6pm to 7pm

    Cost: £2.50

  • 50+ Gym Class

    A fun class suitable for all levels of fitness for people of 50+ years. Taking place in the newly refurbished gym, under the guidance of a fully qualified instructor, you can work at your own pace to reach your personal fitness goals.

  • Better Breathing

    An enjoyable gym session for those who experience breathing problems. Session's are run by a qualified and friendly instructor.

  • Healthy Hearts

    A light circuit class suited to people with Coronary Heart Disease. Help yourself to a healthier heart by managing your cardiac condition.

  • Kickboxing

    Martial arts/self defence teaching self-discipline and respect, with grading opportunities. The training we do within the classes is excellent for all-round fitness and body conditioning. All ages welcome!

  • Krav Maga - Self Defence Class

    Krav Maga is a self defense that works in real life!
    Sessions typically include knife defense, gun disarms, escaping from holds, grabs and headlocks. Defence against kicks, punches, chokes and strangles, as well baseball bats and bottles. Gound survival and defence against multiple attackers.

    This class is FREE for members of the gym or £3-50 for non members
