MA CLASSES

CIRCUITS            Monday & Friday 6:00-7:00pm

A combination of stations which work your upper body, lower body and core, whilst simultaneously giving you a cardio workout.

 

ACTIVE CHOICES      Tuesday 10:30-12:30pm

An enjoyable gym session to raise the heart rate, burn calories and increase fitness. Aimed at specific heart and breathing conditions. Referral needed.

 

TOTAL TONING  Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm

Total toning is aimed at toning and sculpting your body to the shape and proportion you want and desire.

 

ZUMBA               Wednesday & Friday 6:00-7:00pm

Zumba combines Latin and international music with a fun and effective workout system. Come and join the party!

 

PILATES               Thursday 6:00-7:00pm

Pilates is a body conditioning class that helps to improve flexibility as well as strength, endurance & coordination.

 

KICKBOXING      Thursday 7:00-9:00pm

Martial arts/self defence teaching self-discipline and respect, with grading opportunities. All ages welcome.
