At Merchants Academy Sports Centre we offer an exercise referral scheme with a fully qualified instructor. If you have an issue with depression/anxiety/stress, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity or cardiac conditions ask your G.P for a referral to us and we can offer you a personal consultation followed by a fitness programme that is tailored to you and your condition.

Our scheme runs on Tuesday and Friday from 10:30am – 12:30pm.

G.P. referral scheme membership costs as little as £15 a month or £3 per session!
